ℹ️ For your security, changes to sensitive account details — like your phone number or email — often require extra verification. This protects your account from being changed by someone who isn't you.
How do I change my phone number?
- Access your account using the email and phone number you originally signed up with.
- You'll see a screen asking you to validate your mobile number.
- Tap "Update phone number."
- Fill in the requested information — typically your date of birth, your registered card number, and your old phone number, all used to confirm it's really you making the change.
I can't change my phone number — what now?
If you're unable to change your phone number through the normal process above, it's likely that you've used up your allowed attempts and the system has temporarily locked this feature as a security precaution.
In that case, provide the following information to our Support team so they can help unlock it: your old phone number, your new phone number, your date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your registered card.
I want to update my email address
Due to security protocols, we are unable to directly edit or update your email address within our own system on your behalf. This might feel inconvenient, but it exists specifically to protect your account and personal information from being changed without your knowledge.
If you need assistance with your account for this or any other reason, please reach out and let us know — our team can guide you through the options available.
How do I update my registered address?
If you need to update the address linked to your account, you can do so directly through the platform — no need to contact Support for a standard address update.
Access your account using the email and phone number you originally signed up with. Once you're in, look for your initials, then the option to update your address in your account settings and follow the on-screen steps.
Keep in mind that the address you register must match the billing address your U.S. bank has on file for your card. If these two addresses don't match, your transfers may continue to be declined even after updating. If you're unsure what address your bank has on record, contact them directly before making the change.
ℹ️ If your account has an active restriction and you're unable to update your address through the normal flow, please reach out to our Support team
I want to cancel a transaction I just made
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or cancel a transfer once it has been made — there's no way to reverse it from our side after it's been sent.
If you need to cancel or adjust something about a transfer you just completed, we recommend getting in touch with the receiver directly, since they may be able to offer further guidance depending on the specific situation.
